Employee Onboarding & Exit Management

Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination

Contract Labour Management

Industrial Relations & Employee Grievance Handling

Factory HR Administration & Employee Welfare

Performance Management & Training Coordination

Statutory Compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, CLRA, Factories Act, POSH, Apprentices Act, Minimum Wages, Payment of Wages, etc.)

Liaison with Government Authorities & Labour Departments

HR MIS, Dashboards & Reporting

Internal, Statutory & Customer Audit Coordination

Security, Canteen, Transport, Housekeeping & Administrative Oversight

Policy Implementation and Process Improvement

** Candidates from Chemical industry will be preferred
