Roles & Responsibility

- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow) to identify and engage potential candidates for roles such as software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps professionals.

- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial assessments to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit, ensuring alignment with standards.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop job descriptions, and create effective recruitment strategies.

- Process Management: Coordinate interview schedules, gather feedback, and manage the candidate pipeline using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Greenhouse.

- Offer Negotiation: Extend offers and negotiate terms in line with company policies and market standards.

- Employer Branding:



Represent company at industry events and networking opportunities to promote our employer brand and attract top talent.

Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in technical recruitment, preferably within the healthcare technology or fintech sectors.

- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of various technical roles and the ability to assess candidate competencies effectively.

- Tools Proficiency: Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse), sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a knack for building relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a quick-paced, evolving environment, managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
