Responsibilities

Responsible for ongoing market analysis including customer habits, product portfolio as well as pricing and marketing activity of top competitors.

Identify and recommend initiatives to Mass marketing team to retain customers and combat competitors based on local intelligence.

Analyze competitive marketing; pricing, tactics, and customer experience, forwarding details to legal for potential cease and desist response.

. Lead management of materials and campaigns to ensure brand continuity, consistency across messaging, and adherence to graphic standards,



with vendor management experience to achieve local campaign execution.

Act as a resource for employees in the customer sales center, network, executive office, customer support team and training organizations for marketing questions, customer inquiries and event contributions.

Lead cross-functional localization meetings to identify specific challenges, brainstorm solutions and implement change.

Engage local leadership and employees to develop and promote internal improvements and job satisfaction to influence external customer service.
