PositionRequirements:

● Understand,compileandarticulatepoliticalideasandobjectivesandphilosophyintopublic messagingcustomizedforthetopic,speaker,andintendedaudience.Understandadiverse range of inputs and effectively integrate them in a coherent manner.

● Conceptualize and articulate politically relevant thematic ideas and statements for key players.

● CandidatesshouldhavestrongcommandoverHindilanguageandshouldbeableto createideas, provide content and direction to Art Directors and Video Editors.

● While this is an interesting proposition and comes with enormous exposure, it also raises expectationsonmaintenanceofconfidentiality,displayofexemplaryclientmanagementskillsand most importantly, on performance.

● Minimumundergraduatewithpreviousexperienceof2-5yearsasacontentwriter,journalist,orin asimilarrole,withaportfoliodemonstratingpoliticalorpublicaffairswriting.

●Advancedknowledge ofotherIndianregionallanguageswillbeanaddedadvantage.

● Shouldhavecreatedcontentfor posts/ads/bannersforsocialmediainapreviousrole.

●StrongunderstandingofYouTubetrends and audience engagement strategies. Proficient inlong-format content writing, animation video scripting,andtrendingshort-formcontentcreation.

●Strongunderstandingofplatform-specific contenttrendsandaudienceengagementtechniques.Proficientinwritingengagingpostcaptions, thread-based content, and scripts for short-form videos.Ability to adapt tone and messaging to maximize virality and reach.

● Skilledincraftingcompellinglong-formcaptionsandengagingscriptsforReelsandStories.Must stay updated on Instagram trends and create content that aligns with the brand’s voice while maximizing audience interaction.

● Createengagingcaptions,socialmediaposts,blogs,andvideoscripts.

● Conduct research on trending topics and implement SEO-friendly content strategies.

● Ensureconsistencyinbrandtoneandmessagingacrossallplatforms.

● Demonstrate strong writing, storytelling, and narrative structuring abilities.
