Job Title: Sales Engineer – Construction Equipment

Education:Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering

Job Summary:

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales of construction equipment by combining technical knowledge with strong customer engagement. The role involves understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable machinery, and supporting the sales cycle from inquiry to closure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop recent business opportunities in construction, infrastructure, and mining sectors
- Promote and sell construction equipment such as excavators, loaders, backhoe loaders, and cranes
- Understand customer requirements and recommend technically suitable products
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations
- Generate enquiries, follow up on leads, and close sales deals
- Maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and project managers
- Coordinate with service and support teams for after-sales service
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
