Endlos Group is a diversified manufacturing and solutions company with three core verticals: Endlos Furnitures, Endlos Innovations, and Endlos Technologies. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized skilled to support our business operations through quotation preparation, documentation, and professional communication.
- Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, and pricing sheets using Microsoft Excel.
- Ensure accuracy in calculations, pricing, and quotation details.
- Maintain quotation records and update data as required.
- Organize and maintain business-related documents and reports.
2. Excel & Data Management
- Create and maintain Excel sheets for quotations, reports, and internal tracking purposes.
- Prepare and update various business reports and records.
- Use Excel formulas and functions for calculations and data management.
- Ensure data accuracy and proper documentation.
3. Email Drafting & Communication
- Draft professional emails for quotations, inquiries,
follow-ups, and business communication.
- Handle email correspondence with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Maintain proper records of communications and documentation.
- Ensure timely and professional responses to emails and requests.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in quotation preparation, or sales coordination.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data management.
- Excellent written English communication and email drafting skills.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in preparing commercial quotations, advanced excel and proposals.
- Knowledge of business documentation processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
