About Trinay AI Studio

Trinay AI Studio is a boutique creative production company working across AI-generated content, advertisements, corporate videos, VFX and hybrid film production. We work with brands, agencies, production houses and international clients.

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised person who can work directly with the founder and support business development, client outreach, marketing coordination and daily company operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research potential clients across India and other international markets
- Identify relevant decision makers through LinkedIn, company websites and industry databases
- Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and calls
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients and existing business contacts
- Schedule discovery calls and maintain follow-up calendars
- Maintain an organised client relationship tracker
- Work directly with the founder to organise daily and weekly priorities
- Maintain task trackers, client trackers and project dashboards
- Take meeting notes and convert discussions into clear action items
- Follow up with clients, editors, freelancers, vendors and collaborators
- Coordinate calendars, calls, meetings and internal deadlines
- Prepare basic business reports and weekly progress summaries
- Coordinate for Social Media Content
- Research content ideas relevant to AI, advertising, film and VFX
- Coordinate with designers, clients and editors

Required Skills





- Strong spoken and written English
- Confident and professional communication
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Ability to research companies, industries and decision-makers
- Understanding of sales outreach and follow-up
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and digital marketing
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to create skilled emails, documents and presentations
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
- Willingness to learn about AI, advertising, VFX, Films and creative production
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Candidates from Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh or Telangana are encouraged to apply
- Malayalam is useful but not compulsory
- Must be based in Kochi or willing to relocate

This is not a routine desk job. The selected person will work closely with the founder and gain direct exposure to sales, marketing, film making, international business development, creative production and company-building.

The position will begin with a three-month probation period. Confirmation will depend on communication, ownership, organisation, consistency and overall performance.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
