- Supervise day-to-day site activities related to RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, finishing, and other civil works.
- Execute construction activities as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, construction methodologies, and safety regulations.
- Conduct site inspections and verify reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, and finishing works before execution.
- Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.




- Review drawings and identify discrepancies or technical issues for timely resolution.
- Coordinate procurement and availability of construction materials and equipment.
- Maintain site records, measurement books, work logs, and inspection reports.
- Verify contractor bills and work measurements.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical support to the project team.

Required Qualifications

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
