About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Lead Engineer with strong hands-on experience across core ServiceNow modules and a proven ability to lead end-to-end project delivery. This role requires ownership of solution design, technical leadership, and close collaboration with clients in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations (requirement gathering → deployment → support)
- Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow solutions aligned with business needs
- Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
- Ensure platform stability, performance, and adherence to best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex ServiceNow issues

Required Skills & Experience

- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow (mandatory)
- Strong expertise in:
- ITSM
- CSM
- HRSD
- Proven experience in leading ServiceNow project delivery




- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

- BTech / MCA in Computer Science, IT, ECE, or related fields
- ServiceNow Certifications:
- CTA
- CSA
- CAD
- CIS (HRSD / CSM / ITSM) – highly desirable

Communication & Collaboration

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong client-facing experience
- Collaborative mindset with leadership capabilities
