Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of hospital operations and support high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

- Facility Operations: Oversee outpatient, inpatient, diagnostics, pharmacy, and support services.
- Patient Flow: Manage admissions, discharges, and transfers efficiently.
- Supply Chain: Handle procurement and inventory of medical supplies/equipment.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to NABH/JCI/HIPAA and other healthcare regulations.
- Reporting: Track KPIs (bed occupancy, turnaround time, patient satisfaction) and prepare management reports.
- Staff Support: Assist in scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
- Emergency Preparedness: Support protocols for medical emergencies and disaster response.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s in Hospital Administration/Healthcare Management.
- 2–4 years’ experience in healthcare operations.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations & hospital information systems.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
