About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Website Manager to oversee the performance, updates, and enhancements of our global WordPress website. This role requires a hands-on professional with deep expertise in web operations, multilingual site management, and SEO optimization. If you have a strong foundation in website architecture, content delivery, and performance tuning, this is an excellent opportunity to make a direct impact on a high-visibility digital platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily operations of a large-scale, multilingual WordPress site hosted on Pantheon
- Ensure fast-loading, secure, and SEO-optimized web experiences across all pages
- Lead technical improvements including performance tuning, caching, and media optimization
- Maintain URL hygiene with effective redirect management, link monitoring, and structural updates
- Translate business needs into functional site enhancements in collaboration with marketing and product teams
- Direct and manage an offshore development support team to ensure quality and timely delivery
- Oversee localization processes using WPML to support accurate translations and updates
- Monitor web analytics and core web vitals, addressing issues before they impact user experience
- Drive complex projects such as website migrations and integrations post-acquisition while preserving SEO authority




- Stay abreast of evolving digital standards, platform changes, and security protocols
- Document workflows, manage best practices, and support internal users with CMS guidance

What You Bring:

- 5+ years of experience managing WordPress sites in a fast-paced, B2B setting
- In-depth familiarity with Pantheon hosting and multilingual plugin WPML
- Strong grasp of technical SEO, structured data, and search engine crawling/indexing strategies
- Proven expertise in optimizing site performanceleveraging caching, CDNs, compression, and other techniques
- Experience with URL restructuring and managing complex migrations
- Competence in using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and related tools for monitoring and reporting
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration capabilities

Bonus Skills:

- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- SEO experience with tools like SEMrush
- Familiarity with platforms such as Marketo and Salesforce
- Understanding of accessibility standards (ADA compliance)
