About the Role

We are looking for a high-performing sales leader who has already built and scaled agency revenue. This is not a relationship management role—we need someone who can open doors, close large mandates, and build a predictable sales engine.

Our products, positioning, and delivery capabilities are already in place. We need someone capable of selling them.

You will lead business development, own the sales pipeline, mentor a junior sales executive, and become the face of our agency in front of enterprise clients.

What You'll Do

Own agency revenue and growth targets.

Generate and close new business independently.

Build relationships with CXOs, founders, marketing heads, and decision-makers.

Lead the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.

Create a predictable enterprise sales pipeline.

Mentor and manage a junior sales executive.

Work closely with strategy and creative teams to convert opportunities.

Represent the agency at networking events and industry meetings.

What We're Looking For





6–10+ years in agency sales or business development.

Proven experience closing high-value marketing retainers and campaign mandates.

Demonstrated track record of winning multi-crore business.

Strong network among enterprise brands, startups, and decision-makers.

Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.

Ability to start generating opportunities within the first month.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable being accountable for revenue.

Nice to Have

Experience selling integrated marketing, branding, digital, content, or production services.

Existing relationships with CMOs, founders, or procurement teams.

Success in the First 90 Days

Build a qualified enterprise pipeline.

Close recent business.

Establish a repeatable sales process.

Successfully mentor the junior sales resource.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
