Job Summary
Green Worms Waste Management Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an Operations Executive to support the smooth execution of day-to-day operations at assigned client locations. The role involves coordinating field activities, managing manpower and logistics, maintaining operational records, and ensuring quality, safety, and timely service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operations at assigned client sites.
- Monitor manpower deployment, attendance, and productivity.
- Manage material movement, logistics, and inventory records.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and proper use of PPE.
- Monitor service quality and support continuous operational improvements.
- Maintain accurate operational data and submit daily reports using digital systems.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, facility management, or a related field.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with reporting tools.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and have access to a two-wheeler for field travel.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
