- Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers and retailers.
- Generate recent business opportunities and convert leads into long-term customers.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.
- Present and explain product collections confidently.
- Follow up with existing customers to increase repeat orders.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain customer records and sales reports.
- Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams for smooth order execution.
