We're Hiring: Executive Assistant
Location: Andheri West, Mumbai
Experience: 1–2 Years
Ctc Range: 20k (Open to negotiation)

We're looking for a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our COO in managing day-to-day operations, schedules, communications, and administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules
✔ Coordinate meetings and prepare agendas & MOMs
✔ Handle emails, correspondence, and follow-ups
✔ Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents
✔ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of tasks
✔ Maintain confidential records and sensitive information
✔ Track action items and follow up with stakeholders
✔ Support office administration and operational coordination
What We're Looking For:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 1–2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant,



Personal Assistant, Administrative Executive, or a similar role Excellent communication and organizational skills Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and work in a quick-paced environmentPreferred: Experience supporting senior leadership Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills Basic understanding of business operations and reporting

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
