Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our paint dealership team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting the right paint products, provide expert advice on color finishes, maintain store cleanliness, and help achieve sales goals. This role requires solid communication skills, basic technical knowledge of paint products, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and qualified manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate paint products, tools, and accessories.
- Generating new sales lead by actively visiting market and calling.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all paint lines, brands, and finishes




- Assist with receiving and organizing shipments
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
- Stay informed about promotions, discounts, and company policies
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
