We are looking for dynamic professionals with prior experience in reputed preschool brands such as Bachpan Play School competitors. Candidates with experience in franchise development, admissions, school operations, business development, or academic coordination are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Experience
- 2–8 years of experience in the preschool or education industry.
- Experience with brands such as Makoons, EuroKids, Kidzee, Hello Kids, Little Millennium, KLAY, Shemrock, Footprints, or other preschool chains.
- Strong understanding of the preschool education market and franchise ecosystem.
- Experience in franchise sales, admissions, school operations, or business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel across India, if required.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and convert new franchise opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective franchise partners.
- Conduct presentations, meetings, and follow-ups with leads.
- Support franchise onboarding and expansion initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth franchise operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
