Job Role & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare US tax returns for Individuals, Partnerships, Corporations, and S-Corps (Forms 1040, 1065, 1120, 1120S, 1099, etc.).

Review and analyze client financial and tax documents, including bank statements and supporting schedules.

Apply provisions of US taxation, including deductions and exemptions, accurately.

Manage client queries related to missing information and clarifications.

Independently handle end-to-end tax return preparation and reporting.

Requirements:

Minimum 1.5 years of experience in US tax return preparation.

Strong working knowledge of US taxation.

Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of CCH preferred.

Basic understanding of QBO will be an added advantage.

Prior experience in individual tax returns is essential.





Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Shift Timing:

2:30 PM – 11:30 PM (extended to 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM during tax season).

Candidate Specifications

Good Knowledge in US taxation and tax codes. Good written and Verbal Communication in English. Should independently interact and handle client and client calls. Excellent in email communication.

Pro-active, smart, good with Accounting and taxation. Should be organised and detail oriented.

Valuable Client communication and management skills. Excellent written and Verbal Communication in English is a must.

Good Knowledge of MS Office and US Taxation Software's
