The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, testing, commissioning, and validating industrial automation systems, with a strong understanding of motion control, robotics, servo drives, and fieldbus communication technologies. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on advanced automation solutions, collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams, and contribute to the development and testing of high-quality industrial automation products. --- # *Key Responsibilities* * Design, develop, and execute system tests for complete industrial automation solutions. * Analyze functional and technical requirements to design comprehensive system test scenarios. * Develop, review, and execute PLC-based system test cases. * Test motion control and robotics-related PLC function blocks before product release. * Program PLCs using Ladder Logic, Structured Text, and Function Blocks. * Configure and commission Servo Drives, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), and Inverters. * Develop and validate motion control applications for servo drives and multi-axis systems. * Configure and commission PLC Backplane I/O and Remote I/O using industrial Fieldbus technologies. * Perform Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) for machine automation and turnkey projects. * Work on machine automation solutions involving robotics, drive groups, and multi-axis control systems. * Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system-level issues during testing and commissioning.
