Job Summary:

We are hiring a proactive HVAC Site Engineer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in site execution of industrial and commercial HVAC projects. The role requires leading on-site operations, ensuring project quality, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders. The candidate must be open to relocating to different project sites across India as per project demands.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise on-site HVAC installations as per design specifications and project schedules.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and project management teams for seamless execution.
- Handle installation of ducts, AHUs, chillers, pumps, piping, and insulation.
- Monitor and manage daily site activities, including manpower allocation, materials tracking, and equipment usage.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project standards.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Prepare and submit daily progress reports, including site measurements and observations.
- Lead weekly and monthly reporting sessions covering project status, resource planning, and risk escalation.
- Use advanced Excel tools (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, Boolean filters, looping formulas) to track site data, generate reports, and analyze project metrics.
- Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, DeepSheek, etc. for efficient report drafting, issue resolution, and task automation.




- Support testing, commissioning, and project handover documentation.
- Be willing to relocate to any project location across India based on project requirements.

Requirements:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in HVAC site execution for industrial or commercial projects.
- Sound knowledge of HVAC systems, ducting, chilled water piping, and control systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; AutoCAD familiarity preferred.
- Strong coordination, leadership, and communication skills.
- Awareness of safety norms and quality standards in HVAC projects.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions for data management and reporting.
- Experience or willingness to use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, DeepSheek) for improving work efficiency.
- Ability to manage and adhere to daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and planning cycles.
- Flexibility and willingness to relocate according to project needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in cleanroom HVAC or turnkey projects.
- Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS) and control integration.
- HVAC-related certifications will be an advantage.
