•Act as Buyer and handle PO punching in ERP systems for Marketing, I&F;, CAPEX, Technical Services, Logistics, and HR-related requirements. Process purchase requisitions and convert them into accurate Purchase Orders. Ensure correctness of pricing, taxes, delivery time, payment terms, and commercial conditions.
Regional & Cross-Functional Procurement Support
•Provide procurement support to assigned regions and coordinate with all departments. Manage procurement requirements through structured planning and prioritization. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors. Follow defined stakeholder communication and escalation matrix for issue resolution.
MIS & Commercial Reporting
•Prepare, maintain, and analyse MIS reports related to commercial and procurement activities. Track PO status, spend data, vendor-wise procurement, and pending transactions. Share periodic MIS reports with management to support decision-making.
Vendor Coordination & Sourcing Support
•Coordinate with existing and recent vendors for quotations. Support vendor onboarding documentation & commercial negotiations.
GRN & Material Coordination
•Coordinate with stores, logistics, and user departments for timely GRN processing. Verify material receipt details against PO terms and supplier invoices.
Vendor Coordination & Sourcing Support
•Coordinate with existing and current vendors for quotations. Support vendor onboarding documentation & commercial negotiations.
AMC & Contract Management
•Manage CAMC agreements for Infrastructure & Facilities activities. Track contract validity and ensure timely renewals. Coordinate with service providers for maintenance, issue resolution, and service delivery. Maintain proper documentation of POs, invoices, CAPEX, CAMCs, and vendor records.
