Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day restaurant operations during the assigned shift.
Supervise and motivate team members to achieve operational goals.
Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety as per company SOPs.
Handle cash, billing, inventory, and stock management.
Prepare shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing.
Resolve customer complaints effectively.
Support sales targets and maintain operational KPIs.
Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 years of experience in a QSR/Rapid Food/Restaurant as a Shift Manager, Team Leader, or Assistant Restaurant Manager.
Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willing to work in rotational shifts.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
