Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Design & Development:
Assist in design and development of current products using CAD software.
Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM), drawings, and technical documentation.
Participate in prototyping, product trials, and validation.

• Project Coordination:
Work with Production, Tool Room, and Quality teams for smooth NPD execution.
Support Purchase in sourcing new raw materials, spares, or components.
Coordinate with vendors for sample development and improvements.

• Testing & Quality Assurance:
Assist in testing of new products to ensure performance and durability.
Document trial results and suggest improvements.
Ensure compliance with company and customer standards.

• Costing & Feasibility:
Support in cost estimation of recent products.




Recommend design/material alternatives for cost optimization.

• Innovation & Improvement:
Research new technologies, materials, and competitor products.
Suggest innovative ideas for product enhancement.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong technical knowledge in Mechanical & Production

• Proficiency in CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Robust coordination and communication abilities.

• Eagerness to learn and contribute to cross-functional projects.

Qualifications:

B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Production, or Polymer Engineering.

Experience: 03 years (Freshers can also apply).
