Lead strategic planning and execution to ensure project milestones are met effectively.
Facilitate explicit communication channels among stakeholders to promote transparency and alignment.
Mentor and support junior team members to foster qualified growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in PeopleSoft Administration.
Strong knowledge of system configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting within PeopleSoft settings.
Experience in managing system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning to optimize application functionality.
Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of PeopleSoft solutions.
Skilled in monitoring system health and implementing proactive measures to prevent downtime or disruptions.
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in PeopleSoft Administration.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
