As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves serving as the continuous point of contact between clients and the application or system. The practitioner carefully identifies client concerns and leverages thorough understanding of the product to develop effective solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and system reliability throughout daily interactions.

Qualified Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in Data Governance.
Robust understanding of data management principles and compliance requirements.
Experience in implementing policies and procedures to ensure data quality and security.
Ability to analyze and resolve data-related issues effectively.
Familiarity with tools and frameworks used for data governance and stewardship.
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Data Governance.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
