QC Instrumentation Analyst and QC Wet Analyst
Handle calibration and maintenance of HPLC, GC, and other laboratory instruments as per SOPs.
Prepare and standardize volumetric solutions, reagents, and maintain related records.
Perform analysis of raw materials, water, in-process samples, intermediates, finished products, packaging materials, stability, and hold-time samples.
Conduct sampling, method validation, method transfer, and cleaning verification activities.
Maintain analytical records, calibration logs, stability studies, and QC documentation.
Review executed documents and coordinate with QA for documentation handover.
Ensure laboratory housekeeping, temperature monitoring, and compliance with GMP, GLP, and SOP requirements.
Perform calibration of wet laboratory instruments and maintain calibration records.

Conduct wet chemical analysis of raw materials, water, in-process samples, intermediates, finished products, packaging materials, and stability samples.
Perform sampling of raw materials, packaging materials, intermediates, and finished products.
Execute method transfer and UV cleaning verification activities.
Maintain QC records, stability studies, and quality documentation.
Review QC documents and hand over completed records to QA while ensuring laboratory cleanliness and compliance with GMP, GLP, and SOPs.
