Qualifications and Skills:

Required:
5+ years of hands-on experience in implementing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV).
Robust understanding of ERP concepts and business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, etc.).
Expertise in requirement gathering, solution design, and client training.
Proven experience in data migration and integration with other systems.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead projects and work independently or as part of a team.

Preferred:
Microsoft certifications such as:
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals
Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.




Knowledge of AL programming or customization in Business Central.
Experience working in a consulting or client-facing role.
