Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst / Specialist who will help optimize our sales processes, CRM systems, reporting, and pipeline visibility. The ideal candidate will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Leadership to improve business efficiency through automation, analytics, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
Develop Salesforce dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
Analyze sales pipeline and identify process bottlenecks.
Manage CRM integrations between Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, Google Sheets, and other business systems.
Support CRM migrations, data mapping, validation, and system enhancements.
Build full-funnel reporting from lead generation through production.
Support monthly sales forecasting using historical and pipeline data.
Design and implement Salesforce workflows and automation.
Partner with Marketing to ensure accurate campaign attribution and lead tracking.




Manage and optimize the sales technology stack.
Participate in cross-functional initiatives that improve pipeline growth.

Preferred candidate profile
35 years of experience in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or a related role.
Salesforce CRM Administrator Certification.
Robust hands-on experience with Salesforce administration, reporting, workflows, automation, and API integrations.
Experience integrating Salesforce with Zoho CRM, HubSpot, and Google Sheets.
Solid knowledge of CRM data structures and sales analytics.
Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Cleaning).
Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot.
Robust analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
