Job Profile: Facilities Analyst II - Key Responsibilities Facilities Operations - Manage daily operations of office facilities, ensuring uninterrupted business operations.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, UPS, DG sets, lifts, and other building systems.
Monitor building management systems (BMS), access control, CCTV, and fire alarm systems.
Ensure high standards of housekeeping, pantry, cafeteria, landscaping, and pest control services.
Manage workplace requests through ticketing systems and ensure timely resolution. Vendor & Contract Management - Manage facility service providers and contractors.
Monitor vendor performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and audits.
Verify vendor invoices and support payment processing.
Ensure compliance with contract terms and company procurement policies. Health, Safety & Compliance - Ensure compliance with applicable Indian statutory requirements, including:
State Shops & Establishments Act
National Building Code (NBC)




Fire and Life Safety regulations
Local Fire Department requirements
Pollution Control Board norms (where applicable)
Electrical safety regulations
Occupational health and safety requirements
Coordinate fire drills, emergency response exercises, and evacuation planning.
Support EHS audits and corrective action implementation.
Maintain statutory records and compliance documentation.

Workplace

Services - Support office moves, seating arrangements, workplace projects, and employee engagement initiatives.
Coordinate conference room management and workplace amenities.
Ensure a positive employee workplace experience through proactive service delivery.

Financial

Management - Track operational expenses and support annual budget planning.
Monitor utility consumption and identify cost-saving prospects.
Review purchase requests and maintain asset inventories.
Prepare monthly reports on facility operations, expenses, and vendor performance.
