Role: Manager / Senior Manager Offer Development & GTM (Cigarette Business)

Location: Delhi

Role Overview:
This is a high-impact hybrid role combining Offer Development (4050%) and GTM Strategy & Execution (5060%). The role is responsible for building a strong innovation pipeline and ensuring successful market launches through structured GTM planning.

Key Responsibilities
Offer Development & Innovation (4050%)
Identify consumer, category, and competitive prospects through deep insights
Develop differentiated product propositions and long-term brand strategy
Lead product, pack, and communication development with internal and external stakeholders
Drive agency briefs, creative development, and consumer validation
Ensure cross-functional feasibility across R&D;, manufacturing, legal, and supply chain
GTM Planning & Execution (50%+)
Translate developed offers into robust GTM and launch plans
Collaborate with Sales teams for seamless market execution
Monitor launch performance and optimize in-market strategies
Track business metrics and ensure delivery against growth objectives

Qualifications & Experience
MBA / PGDM (Marketing preferred)
6–12 years of experience in FMCG / Tobacco / Consumer Marketing
Solid exposure to Brand Management + NPD + GTM execution
Experience in handling product launches is mandatory

Preferred Background
Candidates from Cigarette / Tobacco / Large FMCG companies
Prior experience in offer development + GTM roles (balanced exposure mandatory)
