The Preschool Teacher is responsible for delivering engaging learning experiences, ensuring child safety, maintaining classroom discipline, and fostering a nurturing setting for children.

Key Responsibilities
Teaching & Curriculum Delivery
Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities.
Implement curriculum as per academic guidelines.
Prepare teaching materials and aids in advance.
Child Care & Safety
Ensure constant supervision of children.
Maintain a protected and secure classroom environment.
Handle children with care, patience, and sensitivity.
Classroom Management
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom.
Ensure proper arrangement of learning materials and displays.
Promote discipline and positive behavior among children.
Parent Communication




Share regular updates with parents regarding child progress.
Participate in parent meetings and discussions.
Address parent queries in a polite and professional manner.
Documentation & Records
Maintain attendance and student records accurately.
Keep track of child development and progress.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with other teachers and staff.
Participate in training sessions and meetings.
