Branch Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced and agile Branch Sales Manager to lead our branch team, drive sales performance, and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented leader with a strong background in sales management within the financial services sector, capable of motivating a team to achieve ambitious targets while maintaining operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed individual and branch sales targets for various banking products and services.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to expand the branch's customer base, deepen existing relationships, and increase market share.
Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficient workflow, adherence to company policies, and compliance with all relevant banking regulations and internal controls.
Manage and resolve complex customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.




Identify new business opportunities within the local community, establish strong relationships with local businesses, and actively participate in community events.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify potential threats and opportunities, adjusting sales strategies as needed.
Prepare and present regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and analyses to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
Ensure effective cross-selling and up-selling of banking products and services, educating customers on the perks and features.
Conduct performance reviews, provide ongoing training, coaching, and development opportunities for branch staff to enhance their skills and growth opportunities.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all banking products, services, and digital solutions offered by the institution.
Manage branch budget and resources effectively to optimize profitability and operational efficiency.
