Familiarity with food safety and quality management systems.
Strong technical knowledge of Functional Foods / Nutraceutical processing techniques, ingredient functionality, and formulation.
Support team leads and technical officers through the product lifecycle and development processes.
Support sales teams in pre-sale solutions and go-to-market discussions.
Stay updated on industry trends and market demands to identify potential product prospects

Minimum 3 to 5 yrs experience in a similar role within the Functional Foods/FMCG/ Nutraceutical industry
Robust communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented, with valuable organizational and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to Travel.
