Role Overview We're looking for a full-time Migration & Education Consultant – B2B to join our Nagpur branch. This role combines client consultation with B2B partner engagement, working closely with education consultants, travel agents, and institutional partners and BtoC Clients across India. You'll guide clients through their immigration and visa requirements, manage end-to-end documentation, and help drive business growth through strong partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities - Consult with clients to assess immigration and visa requirements, providing explicit, accurate guidance
Manage visa applications end-to-end, including profile assessment,
documentation review, and submission support
Ensure all applications comply with current immigration laws and embassy requirements
Build and maintain relationships with B2B partners — education consultants, travel agents, and institutions
Identify and onboard current business partners to expand our network
Communicate with clients and relevant authorities to resolve immigration-related issues
Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the visa process What We're Looking For - Strong knowledge of immigration processes and visa categories
Proven consulting experience with the ability to tailor solutions to individual client needs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Solid understanding of immigration laws and practices
Solid organisational skills with attention to documentation accuracy
Comfort using digital tools for case management and client tracking
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field
Ability to thrive in a hybrid, collaborative work environment
Based in or willing to work from Nagpur
