The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing for Stone Hedge Group of Hotels & Resort, Ladakh’s financial, by managing financial planning, budgeting, accounting, reporting, and compliance. The role ensures effective financial management, supports strategic decision-making, and maintains accurate financial records in accordance with applicable laws and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor financial performance and provide regular financial reports to senior management.
Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.
Coordinate internal and external audits and implement audit recommendations.




Analyze financial data and identify prospects for cost reduction and improved profitability.
Supervise and mentor finance and accounting staff.
Ensure timely filing of tax returns and statutory reports.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
5–8 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, including managerial experience.
Robust knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and financial analysis.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
