Roles and Responsibility

Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and quality.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the hiring process.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in leadership hiring.
Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and technologies.
