Job Summary

We are looking for a Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities efficiently and ensure timely availability of raw materials and services. The candidate should be detail-oriented, cost-conscious, and capable of maintaining proper inventory control and purchase documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure just-in-time purchase of all raw materials and services.
Ensure economical purchase of all items while keeping Quality, Cost, and Delivery in mind.
Carry out all purchases strictly through approved purchase orders.
Verify received materials against the corresponding purchase order with respect to:
Material description
Ordered quantity
Agreed purchase price
Arrange purchased materials systematically to facilitate easy material issue and inventory control.
Conduct physical inventory verification during month-end and reconcile stock with company records/books of accounts.

Desired Candidate Profile
Basic knowledge of purchase and inventory processes.
Positive attention to detail and documentation skills.
Ability to maintain records accurately.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory tracking is preferred.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
