Role & responsibilities:
Provide in office and remote technical support for customers using Kinco PLCs, Servo Motors, HMIs, and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
Visit customer sites to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve automation system issues.
Develop, modify, and support PLC programs based on customer requirements.
Assist with machine commissioning, installation, and parameter configuration of Kinco automation products.
Coordinate with customers to understand technical requirements and provide effective automation solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations, testing, and user training to ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction.
Prepare technical documentation, reports, and provide post-installation support.
Work closely with the sales and engineering teams to ensure successful project execution and timely customer support.
