Role & responsibilities:
Allocate daily tasks, manage technician schedules, and conduct smooth shift handovers.
Monitor and maintain hospital HVAC, AHUs, HEPA filters, and negative-pressure isolation rooms.
Ensure uninterrupted supply and pressure monitoring of the Medical Gas Piping System (MGPS).
Oversee the uptime and maintenance of backup DG sets and UPS systems for life-support continuity.
Lead rapid troubleshooting of MEP failures in critical zones like ICUs and Operation Theaters.
Enforce NABH, JCI, and NFPA standards alongside Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) guidelines.
Track maintenance work orders, execute preventive maintenance schedules, and monitor BMS automation systems.
