We are seeking a detail-oriented Tax Associate with hands-on experience in preparing U.S.

Corporate Tax

Returns (Form 1120C), including Federal and Multi-State tax compliance. The ideal candidate should have robust experience using CCH Axcess/ProSystem fx Tax and preparing consolidated corporate tax returns, ensuring compliance with U.S. tax regulations and client deadlines.

Key Responsibilities - Prepare and review Federal and State Corporate Income Tax Returns (Form 1120C).
Prepare consolidated corporate tax returns for multi-entity organizations.
Prepare and review state tax returns, extensions, estimated tax payments, and apportionment schedules.
Utilize CCH Axcess Tax / CCH ProSystem fx Tax for tax return preparation and compliance.
Analyze trial balances, general ledger data, and financial statements for tax reporting.
Prepare tax workpapers, supporting schedules, and tax adjustments.




Perform book-to-tax reconciliations and maintain accurate tax documentation.
Coordinate with onshore teams to resolve tax queries and ensure timely delivery.
Research Federal and State tax issues and apply relevant tax laws.
Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and filing deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications - 1+ years of experience in U.S.

Corporate

Tax.
Robust experience preparing Form 1120C Federal and State tax returns.
Hands-on experience with CCH Axcess Tax or CCH ProSystem fx Tax.
Experience preparing Consolidated Corporate Tax Returns.
Good understanding of Federal and Multi-State corporate tax regulations.
Ability to analyze financial statements and prepare tax workpapers.
Solid attention to detail and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
