We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive with hands-on experience in Busy Software to manage day-to-day accounting operations, reconciliations, invoicing, and statutory accounting support. The candidate should be detail-oriented, organized,



and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities - Perform general accounting entries in Busy Software
Handle bank reconciliation on a regular basis
Conduct credit card reconciliation
Prepare and process sales invoices, purchase invoices, and proforma invoices
Record general expense entries in Busy Software
Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents
Perform ledger reconciliation and resolve discrepancies
Assist in day-to-day accounting and finance activities
Coordinate with internal teams for invoice and payment-related matters Required Skills & Knowledge - Hands-on experience in Busy Accounting Software
Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and TCS
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
Positive understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Eligibility Criteria - Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience in a busy work setting
Commerce graduate preferred (B.Com / M.Com)
