We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Odoo ERP Manager with 5+ years of experience to oversee our enterprise platform. In this role, you will manage our current Odoo 17 system, drive operational efficiency across our manufacturing plant, and spearhead the upcoming strategic upgrades to Odoo 18 and 19. You will bridge the gap between technical development and plant operations through customization, thorough documentation, and comprehensive user training.

Key Responsibilities
Manufacturing Optimization: Align Odoo 17 core modules (MRP, Inventory, PLM, Maintenance, and Quality) with factory floor workflows.
Future-Proof Upgrades: Architect, test, and execute seamless data migration and system upgrades from Odoo 17 to Odoo 18 and 19.
Customization & Development: Design, code, and deploy custom Odoo modules using Python and XML to meet unique manufacturing requirements.
Documentation Management: Author and maintain comprehensive technical architecture documents, functional workflows, and release notes.
User Training & Support: Conduct hands-on training sessions for shop-floor operators and management,



creating explicit user manuals and reference guides.
System Administration: Monitor database health (PostgreSQL), manage server performance, and ensure robust data security and backup protocols.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Odoo ERP implementation, development, and administration.
Domain Knowledge: Deep functional understanding of manufacturing processes, including Bill of Materials (BOM), Work Centres, Routing, and Inventory Valuation.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, and QWeb reporting frameworks.
Upgrade Proven Track Record: Prior experience managing complex Odoo version migrations with minimal downtime.
Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, explicit communication skills for non-technical factory staff, and solid project management capabilities.
