We are looking for an experienced Automotive BIW Design Engineer with solid expertise in Body-in-White product development for passenger vehicles.
The candidate should have hands-on experience in BIW sheet metal design, structural components, manufacturing feasibility, and CAD development.
Responsibilities
Design and development of BIW components.
Create 3D CAD models and engineering drawings.
Work on sheet metal component development.
Develop flanges, embosses, reinforcements, and joining features.
Perform packaging studies.
Conduct tolerance analysis and GD&T.;
Coordinate with CAE, Manufacturing, Tooling, and Vehicle Integration teams.
Support design validation and engineering changes.
