Key Responsibilities
Design and develop production-grade Generative AI applications using Python
Build scalable RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using vector databases and semantic search
Design and implement Agentic AI workflows using Model Context Protocol (MCP) and enterprise LLM integrations
Integrate and optimize Azure OpenAI, OpenAI GPT, and Anthropic Claude models for business applications
Develop RESTful APIs using Flask or FastAPI for AI-powered services
Design scalable AI architectures with microservices and cloud-native deployment practices
Implement prompt engineering techniques to improve response quality, accuracy, and reliability
Build semantic search applications using vector databases such as ChromaDB, MongoDB Vector Search, or similar
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions
Lead code reviews, mentor engineers, and ensure engineering best practices
Participate in architecture discussions and drive AI innovation across projects
Deploy and maintain AI applications using CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments




Ensure AI applications are scalable, secure, reliable, and production-ready

Required Skills
8+ years of experience in Python development
3+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI / LLMs
Robust expertise in RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
Experience with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI GPT, or Claude
Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex
Experience building Agentic AI applications using MCP (Model Context Protocol)
Knowledge of Vector Databases (ChromaDB, Pinecone, FAISS, Qdrant, Weaviate, or MongoDB Vector Search)
Experience developing REST APIs using FastAPI or Flask
Solid Prompt Engineering skills
Experience with Docker, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
