The HR & Administration Executive will be responsible for recruitment, employee records, attendance, onboarding, office administration, statutory documentation, employee engagement, and supporting the smooth functioning of all three group companies.
The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of handling HR operations in a growing construction and interior contracting workplace.

Screen resumes.
Conduct initial HR interviews.
Schedule technical interviews.
Coordinate interview feedback.
Verify references.
Prepare offer letters.
Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
