About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) IT Recruitment. The ideal candidate should have end-to-end technical recruitment experience, solid sourcing skills, and the ability to work on multiple IT requirements within strict timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Handle complete end-to-end IT recruitment for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) positions.
Understand client requirements and source suitable technical candidates.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
Screen, shortlist, and assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.




Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts.
Ensure successful onboarding and joining of candidates.

Required Skills
Mandatory experience in C2H IT Recruitment.
Strong understanding of the complete IT recruitment lifecycle.
Excellent sourcing and headhunting skills.
Positive understanding of technical skills and IT technologies.
Robust communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve recruitment targets.
Experience working with job portals and LinkedIn Recruiter is preferred.

Eligibility
24 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
Mandatory experience in C2H Recruitment.
Complete technical recruitment experience is required.
Immediate joiners only.
Willing to work from the Bangalore office (HSR Layout, Ring Road).
