Position Summary

We are seeking a strategic and experienced HR Manager to establish and lead the HR function. The role involves developing structured HR systems, ensuring statutory compliance, driving talent acquisition, and building a solid organizational culture aligned with business growth.

Candidates with proven experience in setting up HR processes and systems will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategy aligned with company objectives

Lead manpower planning, budgeting, and organizational structuring





Manage end-to-end recruitment and employer branding initiatives

Design structured onboarding and probation review processes

Develop and implement HR policies and ensure labor law compliance

Oversee performance management systems (KPI/OKR frameworks, appraisals, PIP)

Design compensation structures, incentive plans, and payroll oversight

Implement HRMS, attendance, leave management, and HR analytics

Drive employee engagement, leadership development, and culture-building initiatives

Handle grievance management and disciplinary processes
