Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social media to drive sales growth.
Identify potential clients' needs and provide tailored solutions using financial products such as mutual funds, insurance, stock market investments, etc.
Build solid relationships with existing customers to upsell/cross-sell relevant banking services and increase revenue.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations) to resolve customer issues and improve overall satisfaction.
Meet or exceed monthly targets for current business acquisition and retention.
