Role Summary
Handle end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, interviews, onboarding & hiring coordination.
Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for open positions across departments and sites.
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, consultants, and social media.
Screen resumes, coordinate and conduct interviews, and manage candidate pipelines.
Coordinate offer rollouts, onboarding, and joining formalities for selected candidates.
Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring status reports to management.
Build and maintain relationships with recruitment consultants and institutes.
Requirements

Graduate/MBA in HR or related field.
36 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in construction/real estate.
Robust sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Proficiency in ATS/recruitment tools and MS Office.
