Job Title: Team Lead, Research Integrity Screening

Location: Pune

Reports to: Head of Research Integrity Screening

About the Role

The Research Integrity Screening team plays a critical role in the pre-publication screening of submissions to resolve all identified integrity concerns. The Team Lead, Research Integrity Screening is responsible for the training and development of multiple direct reports, managing the team's workload and ensuring team efficiency, monitoring their performance and providing feedback, as well as delivering personal targets. The successful candidate embraces creativity and innovation and is open to recent ideas that drive change.

Responsibilities
Direct the work of a blended team of internal and outsourced Integrity Screening Specialists and third-party vendors to drive research integrity manuscript assessments from initial flags of concern through a final evaluation and recommendation.




Build effective team and drive engagement by fostering a culture of openness, transparency, collaboration, accountability, and inclusion within the team and across stakeholder groups. Develop talent within your team as well as yourself identifying and pursuing personal development plans.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Research Integrity Screening Specialist team, ensuring goal alignment with organizational objectives, and consistent adherence to research integrity standards and policies, standard operating procedures provided by the Head of Research Integrity Screening, and service level agreements.
